Highway Maintenance

Whitehall’s highway division can offer a complete package for all your requirements; mowing verges, cutting around crash barriers, grip cleaning, and hedge flailing which is all completed to a very high standard. Our new McConnell barrier mower saves us an immense amount of work and money on strimming and traffic management, reducing the cost of coning the road, enabling the work to be completed using mobiles.

We also run a Robocut mower, which is an all-terrain remote control work platform that boosts safety by removing operators from steep sided dangerous and restricted access zones, making it easier to work on busy highway embankments and steep slops.

We can also offer tree clearance works with chippers and a tractor mounted saw bar and our latest tree shear mounted on a JCB hydro dig for road side works and 131JCB tracked machine for site clearance works.
